Returns and Replacements

We want you to love your order. If something’s not right, you can return or exchange your item as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and has the original tags attached.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging only.

How to Return

Email us at vv.cotta@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange. We’ll get back to you within 4 business days to arrange the next steps.

Refund and Exchange Terms

• Full-priced items: Return within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund. No cancellation fees apply.

• Sale items: Return within 7 business days. Refunds are not available, but you can exchange for a different size or design, or receive store credit.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and issued using the original payment method. If your order was paid in installments, the refund will be issued the same way.

Important Notes

• PayPal refunds can only be issued through our online store.

• We allow one full refund per order.

• Additional refund requests from the same customer will not be accepted.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even on orders that qualified for free shipping.
